Any disputes shall be resolved in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, MO, and Missouri law shall apply to any such dispute. All stock material is quoted subject to prior sale. If quoted quantities are reduced, pricing may change. Quotations are good for 30 days unless noted. Warehouse Rack & Shelf, LLC is not liable for freight charges higher than the quoted rate. Any Attorney fees incurred by Warehouse Rack & Shelf, LLC to collect payment shall be paid by customer.
